Mission

1. Cultivate a network of support: Foster a collaborative and supportive community where women in allergy and immunology can connect, share experiences, and navigate the unique challenges faced in their professional journeys.
2. Highlight leadership opportunities: Identify, encourage, and sponsor early-career allergists and immunologists to pursue leadership roles in education, research, quality improvement, and administration.
3. Promote mentorship: Establish a culture of mentorship and coaching, providing a platform for seasoned physicians to guide and empower each other, and the next generation.
4. Encourage wellness and scholarship: Promote a culture of wellness, engagement, and scholarly pursuits, recognizing the importance of a balanced and fulfilled professional life.
